Shipping Policy
Processing & Production Time All orders are printed and fulfilled by our production partner, Printful. Most orders are produced within 2–5 business days before shipping. Total delivery time includes both production and transit time.
Shipping Rates & Delivery We ship within the United States. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Free Shipping Enjoy free standard shipping on all US orders over $100!
Estimated Delivery Times Please allow the following from the time of your order:
- Standard Shipping: 7–12 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 4–6 business days
These are estimates and may vary due to production volume, carrier delays, or peak seasons.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or goes missing, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at kathy@proudlyparanormal.com. We'll work with our fulfillment partner to make it right.
At this time we are only shipping orders within the U.S.
