Refund policy

Since every purchase from Proudly Paranormal is made to order, we don't accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, wrong size, or wrong color.  If an item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, contact us by email with a description of the issue and photo of the item. This must be sent to kathy@proudlyparanormal.com within 14 days of product delivery. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
